Dr. Mahmoud is a skilled plastic and reconstructive surgeon with extensive experience in both aesthetic and medical surgical procedures. He earned his Mastery of Surgery from Ain Shams University and his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Cairo, Egypt.

He served as Senior Registrar of Plastic Surgery at Al Seef Hospital in Kuwait. Prior to this, he spent 10 years at the Babtain Center for Plastic Surgery, Ministry of Health, Kuwait. His surgical foundation was built through a residency at Ahmed Maher Teaching Hospital, following earlier roles as a general practitioner and house officer in Egypt.
