Dr. Jamal is a Consultant in Ear, Nose, Throat (ENT) and Head & Neck Surgery with extensive clinical and leadership experience. He obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons and Physicians in Ireland and holds the German Board in ENT and Head & Neck Surgery, following advanced training in Germany.

Dr. Jamal has held several senior positions in Kuwait, including Head of ENT Department and Head of the Cochlear Implant Committee Team, as well as key leadership roles in the Ministry of Health.

He currently serves as a Consultant at Kuwait Hospital, providing specialized ENT and head & neck surgical care.
