Dr. Talal is a seasoned glaucoma consultant at the Kuwait Specialized Eye Center, where he has been practicing since 2016. He completed a Glaucoma Fellowship at the University of Florida (2014–2015) and holds a PhD in Clinical and Surgical Ophthalmology from the Kuwait Institute of Medical Specialization (2012). Additionally, he earned his MD in Ophthalmology from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (2005).
Dr. Talal passed the Kuwaiti Board of Ophthalmology in 2012 and has contributed as a Surgical and Clinical Tutor for the Kuwaiti Board since 2015. He has also gained experience at Albahar Eye Hospital and Mubarak Al-Kabeer Hospital.
His expertise focuses on glaucoma management, and he remains dedicated to both patient care and the education of future ophthalmologists.
