
Amani is a qualified Clinical Dietitian with strong academic training and hands-on experience in nutrition and dietetics. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics Sciences from New Mexico State University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from Arizona State University, where she also earned her Registered Dietitian Certificate. She is a member of the American Academy of Diabetes.
Amani has worked as a Clinical Dietitian Trainee and Scholar at Kuwait Armed Forces Hospital and later as a Clinical Dietitian in a private clinic. Since 2023, she has been serving as a Clinical Dietitian at Kuwait Hospital, providing evidence-based nutritional care and personalized dietary plans.
