Dr. Bashaer is a Consultant in Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery with over 23 years of experience in the field. She completed her medical degree (BMBCh) and Basic Medical Sciences at Kuwait University, and went on to earn both the Saudi Board in ENT and the King Saud University Fellowship in Otorhinolaryngology in Saudi Arabia.

Her professional journey includes progressive roles at Zain Hospital in Kuwait since 2013, where she currently practices as a Consultant. Prior to that, she trained and served in various hospitals in both Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, including Adan Hospital and within the Saudi training program.
