Dr. Hadeel is a Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Kuwait Maternity Hospital. She graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Aberdeen, UK, in 2006, and completed her training at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary before returning to Kuwait.

Dr. Hadeel started her career at Kuwait Maternity Hospital in 2007 as an Assistant Registrar, later completing the Kuwaiti Board Programme in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2009. She was promoted to Senior Registrar in 2017 and became a Specialist in 2020.

In addition to her clinical role, Dr. Hadeel organized the 10th Annual Conference in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2008, contributing to medical education in the region.
