Dr. Mousa is a seasoned consultant in internal medicine and pulmonology with over 30 years of experience in clinical care and medical education. He earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from Kuwait University, completed the Kuwait Board of Internal Medicine, and trained in respiratory medicine at McGill University, Canada. He is a Fellow and Member of the Royal College of Physicians (UK) and holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education.

Dr. Mousa has served at Mubarak Hospital since 1994 and previously held academic positions at Kuwait University, including Associate Professor of Medicine. He also contributed to faculty leadership as Chairman of the Promotion Committee and is currently a member of the Grievance Committee.
