Services Provided by the Maxillofacial Department

Dentoalveolar Surgery – We provide expert services in the extraction of impacted teeth, complex tooth extractions, and pre-prosthetic surgery to prepare the mouth for dental implants or other dental appliances. 

Dental Implants – Our department offers the latest in dental implant technology, providing patients with stable and long-lasting solutions for missing teeth, enhancing both function and appearance. 

Orthognathic Surgery – This service corrects conditions of the jaw and face related to structure, growth, sleep apnea, TMJ disorders, malocclusion problems owing to skeletal disharmonies, or other orthodontic problems that cannot be easily treated with braces. 

Facial Trauma Surgery – We provide immediate and comprehensive treatment for facial injuries, including facial lacerations, fractured facial bones (cheek, nose, or eye socket), and fractures of the upper and lower jaws. 

Pathology and Reconstruction – Diagnosis and treatment of benign and malignant cysts, tumors of the mouth and jaws, as well as subsequent reconstructive surgery using state-of-the-art techniques and materials. 

TMJ Disorders and Facial Pain – Treatment for a range of TMJ disorders including TMJ pain, dysfunction, and arthritis, employing both non-surgical and surgical therapies. 

Cosmetic Facial Surgery 

  • Facial Implants – Customized implants to enhance facial contours and correct asymmetries. 
  • Genioplasty – Surgery to reshape the chin, either by enhancement with an implant or reduction surgery on the bone.

  • Forehead Reduction Surgery – Surgical procedures to reduce the size or prominence of the forehead, often performed to address concerns related to forehead height or contour irregularities. 

Cleft Lip and Palate Surgery – We provide treatment for congenital anomalies such as cleft lip and palate, enhancing both function and cosmetic appearance.
